What we collect

When you submit the private review application, Codino collects the information you provide about you, your company, the operating problem, relevant systems, sponsorship, timing, and investment readiness. Basic technical attribution such as source page, referral, campaign parameters, country, browser agent, and Cloudflare request identifier may also be stored for security and measurement.

The scheduling example

The public scheduler starts with fictional records. Edits stay in the current page and reset on reload; they are not sent as scheduling data. Basic page and action events help us understand whether the example is useful. Office instructions entered in the example are not included in those events. Use fictional information when exploring it.

Website measurement

We store first-party page and action events in Cloudflare to understand which examples and campaigns lead to inquiries. A random identifier connects activity within a browser tab and expires after 30 minutes without activity. It may be attached to an inquiry submitted in that session. This is not a cross-site advertising identifier.

Events include known page names, actions and campaign identifiers. They exclude application answers, lead references, scheduler instructions, IP addresses and browser-agent strings. We honor the browser's Do Not Track signal for this measurement. Detailed events older than 90 days are removed when new activity arrives; an inactive site may retain them until the next event.

Why we collect it

The information is used to evaluate whether the engagement is a responsible fit, respond to the application, protect the form from abuse, and understand which outreach produces qualified conversations.

What we do not do

Codino does not sell application information, add applicants to a bulk marketing list, or use a submitted operating problem as public case-study material without permission.

Storage and providers

Submissions are stored in Codino's Cloudflare-hosted lead database. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for abuse prevention, and an internal notification may be sent so the application can be reviewed promptly. Access is limited to Codino's operating systems and authorized personnel.

To recover from an interrupted submission, this browser tab temporarily retains a random retry identifier, a cryptographic digest of the form and its source attribution. Typed application answers are not saved in browser storage. Retry records are cleared after confirmation and are no longer used after 24 hours.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the form below for privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete submission data. Codino will verify the request before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information. You do not need to request a paid engagement.
